Abstract Instructions
We invite all workshop attendees to showcase their research and insights through poster presentations or oral presentations during the event. This is an excellent opportunity to share your work with fellow attendees and engage in fruitful discussions.
All speakers (plenary session, oral presenters) and poster presenters are invited to submit an abstract. All abstracts must be submitted as a PDF file through the form below by August 15th, 2024.
- Only the abstracts submitted through the workshop website will be accepted.
- Format: The authors have to use the given abstract template for abstract submission and sent as a PDF file
- Length: Abstracts must not exceed 400 words, 1 page maximum, and a file size of less than 3 Mb.
- Optional Figure: Authors may attach an optional figure to their abstract.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Communication submissions via email will not be accepted.
- In the Abstract submission form, clearly indicate your preferred presentation format:
- Oral Communication
- Poster Presentation
- Upon the conclusion of the abstract submission deadline, the corresponding author will receive a confirmation email regarding the acceptance of their abstract and the presentation mode at the provided email address.
