Fees and payments

Registration fees for Workshop 2024 vary based on attendee status (seniors, PhD students) and registration timing (early or late).

We kindly urge all prospective attendees to promptly register for the workshop, as there is a cap of 50 participants maximum

1 Student rate applies to those registered for a PhD degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. These should be emailed to hamidreza.enshaei@upc.edu

  • Notification of Abstract Acceptance: August 15th, 2024
  • Early Registration Deadline: August 31st, 2024
  • Registration fees for delegates and PhD students cover the access to the conference, the conference materials and documents, catering (lunches and coffee breaks), social event and the banquet dinner.
  • Registration fees for companions cover the lunches, social event and the gala dinner.
We encourage attendees to take advantage of the early registration period to secure discounted rates. Registrations made after the early registration deadline will be subject to higher fees.

Cancellations Policy

Cancellations before September 22nd, 2024 will receive full refund minus a 25% of a conference fee as an administrative charge. Cancellations later than September 23rd, 2024 will not receive any refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the workshop contact e-mail.
